By some miracle, I can get here from school. Which is why I ask; any way to get to mebby, thewired or westerncalc past Websense without tunneling etc?

This forum is on a subdomain unlike the others. It might be that your filter doesn't block subdomains.

Interview with ABe at a French convention. Unfortunately, I can't hear what most of what he says, only his translator, and I don't understand French…

Also someone stole his iPhone on the subway :(

ABe contribute to this book by Murata, containing the art of various artists (30). It's impossible to procure Flat, even with scans. ABe's participation exists in very bad resolution but I keep on searching a better version and a complete version (the whole book). Anybody here to help me ?

>> No.2

There is no problem to get ABe's manga from Flat. Its title is Furumati and it was republished in Kaira. This is the first manga in Kaira.

AFAIK Kaira has never been scanlated. But you make it sound like you know where to get it. Is it so? :3

Uhh, ok. There is (almost) no problem to get Kaira, but there is problem to read it. Outcome is the same in the end. -_-

I'm going to Katsucon this weekend. What are the chances that someone will have ABE stuff in stock?
And while I'm asking, what are the best online stores for ABe's stuff?

>> No.2

OP again, picked up Gaisokyu, HR DVDs 1 and 2 (can't find 3 or 4), and tomorrow I'm grabbing Lain Illustrations (only 10 dollars at one shop) and the HR OST and Cyberia Remix

>> No.3

Wish I was there

>> No.4

God dammit, there was one place that had HR 3 and 4, but only if I bought it complete, and sadly Ihad already opened the first two dvds before I found that store the next day.

It seems domain animesource.ru is expired, is cas.animesource.ru accessible by another address? There was a great collection of ABe-related resources at this place including a lot of his mangas and artbooks translated.

>> No.2

Oh, found it: http://codeartstudio.org/

I'm curious, is there a definitive list of all ABE doujinshi, dvds, books, and official merchandise?

ANN now reporting that "I am an Alien, I have a Question" has been translated and is available on Kindle as well as Iphone/Ipod Touch.

HOWEVER... for those of you who do not have any of those nifty devices, you can STILL access it for Kindle by going to http://www.amazon.com/gp/feature.html/ref=kcp_pc_mkt_lnd?docId=1000426311 and downloading their free Kindle-on-pc program! ( Sorry, it's not available for Mac, yet. )

>> No.2

Pochiyama is there but I can't find "I am an Alien, I have a Question" on the iTunes app store.
I bought pochiyama and the translation quality really is as bad as it seemed from the preview, even a spell check would have caught most of the problems. Oh well, it's better than nothing.

Got the pc-kindle version of "I am an Alien, I have a Question". The translation is a bit better than pochiyama and it has the raw in the second half. Can't really complain for $1.
