The "v" isn't for "volume"; it's for "version". This was the third version of the scanlation of ABe's single-shot doujinshi called "White Rain." Sadly, there is nothing else to read aside from this one doujinshi.

So I was reading through my reprint edition of White Rain yesterday, and I noticed that some of the text looked funky. I freaked out, thinking I had bought a misprinted copy or something, or worse, that ABe had just messed up in the creation process somewhere and overlooked a somewhat conspicuous error. I checked my scans of the original release, and the same issue is there.

I thought for a while that this might have actually been done on purpose to give the text a strange feel, since at first I thought it only happened in the dream scene where 329 talks with the bug. However, it happens at least two other times, on pages 30 and 31.
