Does anyone have some high resolution scans of this?
All I can find is the cover (found it on here) and 3 other scans, but they are very low res.
With the cover page on here the poster said he would scan the rest but it seems he never did or the file he did post got deleted....
So anyone know where I could find it or could someone reupload the scans if you do have them?
