Requesting larger version of this ABe cover of Welcome to the NHK
This mission is impossible sir
I'm running WinNY to find it - do you know which volume it is?
No, sorry; I think it may be the most recent one. All I have is the picture, which I pulled off of 2ch.On a side note, I have officially begun my yearly rewatch of Haibane Renmei, to commemmorate the nearness of Bell Nut festival week.
"2chan", surely. Or even better, "Futaba".
>5What a dumbass "correction." He was correct in saying 2ch. Lurk more, newbie.
If you say you pull a picture off a specific site, you're kind of going to have to deal with people taking you on your word. And all you'll find on 2ch are links elsewhere.
This board sure is a better place now that the link accuracy police have shit all over it.
Best I could do for the time being... I'm still looking though.
This is excellent
Good work, soldier!
I hope the use ABe's version of the art for anime adaption of Welcome to the NHK. Nothing against the manga-ka's take, I'd just like to see spome animated ABe art on the air again.
I wonder if this could be the "Secret project" he is working on.
When did he say he had one? That might just have been the Lain artbook reprint.
In case it wasn't already obvious that the fellow who draws Welcome to the NHK is an ABe fan... well, see attached.
Requesting information regarding the relationship between ABe and "Welcome to the NHK" in all its various forms! And images, if you have them. Wasn't there more on the board here than just this?
>>17THAT'S the one I remembered. Thanks!
>>16ABe did the cover for both the original Welcome to the NHK novel, and also for Negative Happy Chainsaw Edge, by the same author.
