Anybody know what the title says? I'm guessing that it's a "year's best science fiction" anthology or something along those lines... but is it for manga or writing?

This is monthly magazine about American SF, Japanese SF and others.
The title is "S-F magazine"

So, does anybody has it in higher quality already? I like this pic very much, but bigger quality would be better : D~~~
